Griffith soon learns that strong-willed Nadia is being hunted by the very arms dealer he intended to destroy and who will stop at nothing to locate the $30 million dollars she has hidden and that will buy him a nuclear bomb. Sonny Griffith (Wesley Snipes) se rend en Pologne pour démasquer un trafiquant d'armes et empêcher la vente d'une arme nucléaire. Mais lorsque le trafiquant est mis au courant de son identité, Griffith est emprisonné et aussitôt libéré par la CIA dans le but d'escorter Nadia, une belle russe, jusqu'aux États-Unis. Griffith saura bientôt que la courageuse Nadia a planquée 30 millions de dollars et que le trafiquant qu'il veut liquider fera tout ce qu'il faut pour les récupérer afin d'acheter sa bombe nucléaire. Puis lorqu'une fuite provenant de la CIA révèle leur position et leurs identités, Griffith et Nadia devront se battre pour sauver leurs vies et le monde!
